Peter Persico

SERVICE MANAGER, OWNER

In his role as Service Manager, Pete’s main focus is communication. Whether with a customer, co-worker, or other colleague, he has found this to be the key to developing long-term relationships and operating a successful business. A transplant from Buffalo, Pete now lives in Wainscott with his wife Sally and their sons Leonardo and James. Pete is a big supporter of the Children’s Museum of the End sitting on the Board of Trustees as Vice Chair. In his free time, Pete enjoys coaching his boys’ Sag Harbor Youth Hoops and Little League teams.

Mike Silvestri

OFFICE MANAGER, OWNER

Mike grew up at the other end of Long Island in Garden City, spending summers on the East End with his family. After graduating with a degree in Finance and Music from Boston College in 2004, he got a summer job cleaning pools in the Hamptons…and never left. Mike’s job at HPC is to keep things working behind the scenes and in the office. Mike and his wife Jen live in Sag Harbor with their dog Ramona. They love to travel, see live music, and travel to see live music.
